Child COVID19 Vaccine Clinic (6mo-4yr)

The Gage Pediatric clinic is holding a vaccine event for those patients aged 6 months to 4 years on Thursday, July 7th to get their first dose of the Moderna vaccine. Those same patients will come back on Thursday, August 4th for their second dose.

To receive a vaccine at the event, you must call and reserve an appointment time.

Child must be a current patient of Stormont Vail Health. (Have been seen at the hospital or one of our Cotton O’Neil clinics in the past 3 years. If you are unsure, call the scheduling line and they can check for you.)
