• Must have received a previous flu shot. No first-time flu vaccines.

• Oct. 23 and 30, 1:30—5:30 p.m.
• No appointment necessary.
• Must be a Stormont Vail/Cotton O’Neil patient.
• Must have received a previous flu shot. No first-time flu vaccines.
• Eligible family members accompanying the patient may also receive their flu shot at that time.
• Vaccines for Children (VFC) program accepted.
