Have a Patient with Questions About Diabetes?

Our Diabetes Support Group meets twice a month and gives patients a place to ask questions, talk through concerns, and hear how others are managing. A Diabetes Learning Center educator helps guide the conversation and provide answers.
This group is a helpful option for patients who:
- Have ongoing questions between visits
- Want to talk through day-to-day challenges
- Could benefit from hearing from others
