Online Childbirth Preparation (January 7, 14, & 21)

Our childbirth classes are taught by experienced educators and are designed to help you and your support person feel more prepared for your labor and delivery experience. Learn about the stages of labor, pain management tools, breathing and relaxation techniques, how to involve your support person, and more!
Online childbirth class will be an online meeting with experienced instructors to review information and answer questions. The class will consist of three sessions (January 7th, 14th, & 21st) to cover all content. Instructors will communicate via email with a Webex link to join the virtual meeting within one week of the first class.
