DESCRIPTION:Is your child ready for the upcoming sports season? Have they gotten their annual sports physical yet? If not\, our team at the Cotton O’Neil Express Care North will be performing KSHSAA sports physicals on August 6-8. \n\n\n\nCotton O’Neil Express Care North \n\n\n\n4505 NW Fielding Rd \n\n\n\nTopeka\, KS 66618 \n\n\n\nAugust 6 and 7: 12 – 4 p.m. \n\n\n\nAugust 8\, 9\, 10\, 11\, 12: 3 – 7 p.m. \n\n\n\nThe Kansas State High School Activities Association (KSHSAA) requires physicals for students involved in interscholastic athletics/cheerleading. A history and physical examination signed by a physician must be on file at your child’s school before they can participate in sports practices or events. A physical must be completed annually after May 1 preceding the school year for which it is applicable. The sports physical exam can be completed now for the upcoming school year.
