DESCRIPTION:Event has been moved indoors \n\n\n\nStormont Vail Health is encouraging Topeka residents to take a step toward better health during Walk with a Doc\, a health program that brings doctors and patients together to walk Saturday\, Feb. 17\, 2024 from 9:00 – 10:00 a.m. Attendees should park in the Lee Arena parking lot and meet inside due to weather.   \n\n\n\nWalk with a Doc (WWAD) is an international non-profit organization whose mission is to inspire communities through movement and conversation. \n\n\n\nThe Walk is free\, open to the community\, and pre-registration is not required. Walkers are encouraged to wear RED this Saturday and will enjoy a walk with Stormont Vail’s\, Dr. Nikhil Mehta\, who will provide support to participants\, answer questions during the walk\, and have a brief discussion about heart care\, heart healthy habits\, and more before the walk.
