SUMMARY:Walk with a Doc with Dr. Craig Gernon
DESCRIPTION:Stormont Vail Health invites Topekans to a casual walk towards better health with its monthly Walk with a Doc program. This initiative aims to foster a sense of community by bringing doctors and residents together for a leisurely walk. This month’s event will take place on Saturday\, July 20\, 2024\, from 9—10 a.m. on the east side of Lee Arena at Washburn University\, 1901 SW Mulvane\, in Topeka. \n\n\n\nJoin Dr. Craig Gernon\, a general cardiologist at the Cotton O’Neil Heart Center and Stormont Vail Hospital in Topeka\, to discover practical insights about your heart’s health and get answers to your questions – for example\, what strategies have other patients found helpful in encouraging them to eat better\, exercise\, stop smoking\, and make other lifestyle changes?
