DESCRIPTION:Stormont Vail Health invites the community to its next Walk With A Doc event on Saturday\, Aug. 16\, 2025\, featuring Dr. Chad Tuchek\, neurosurgeon. The event will focus on how advanced technology is improving spine care and surgical outcomes at Stormont Vail. \n\n\n\nDr. Tuchek will discuss the use of robotic-assisted surgery in treating back and spine conditions\, including the Mako Spine robot—a state-of-the-art system that enhances surgical precision and supports safer\, more personalized care. Stormont Vail is one of only five health systems in the U.S. to offer this technology. \n\n\n\n“Walk With A Doc is a great way to connect with our community and share how we’re using technology to provide safer\, more effective care\,” Dr. Tuchek said. “We want patients to feel informed and empowered about their treatment options.” \n\n\n\nThe event is free and open to the public. All ages and fitness levels are welcome. Participants are encouraged to wear comfortable walking shoes and bring questions.
