DESCRIPTION:Our Diabetes Support Group meets twice a month and gives patients a place to ask questions\, talk through concerns\, and hear how others are managing. A Diabetes Learning Center educator helps guide the conversation and provide answers. \n\n\n\nThis group is a helpful option for patients who: \n\n\n\n\nHave ongoing questions between visits\n\n\n\nWant to talk through day-to-day challenges\n\n\n\nCould benefit from hearing from others\n\n\n\n\nH2: Details \n\n\n\n\n11 a.m.–12 p.m.\n\n\n\nFirst and third Tuesday of each month\n\n\n\nDiabetes Learning Center\n\n\n\n\nLower level of the Stormont Vail Health Diabetes and Endocrinology Center \n\n\n\n3520 S.W. 6th Ave.\, Topeka 66606 \n\n\n\nNo registration needed. \n\n\n\nPlease share with patients\, family members\, or caregivers who may benefit.
