Mothers are welcome to bring their support person\, family or a friend who provides support during their pregnancy and beyond.  Class will consist of a combination of presentation and hands on practice of techniques such as diapering and swaddling.  \nClass is held in the Pozez Education Center Auditorium at Stormont Vail Hospital.

DESCRIPTION:Boys experience puberty also and while usually starting later than girls\, the time in a boys life between the ages of 10-13 is filled with many physical and emotional changes. These changes are exciting\, but also are often puzzling\, sometimes embarrassing\, and usually challenging to a young adolescent. Join us for a discussion that will focus on the physiological changes of puberty\, the developmental tasks of early adolescence and ways to improve communication between boys and their parents.
