Participants should meet at the east side of Lee Arena. \n\n\n\nThe walk is open to the community. Participation is free and pre-registration is not required. Dress comfortably and feel free to bring a pillow to help you feel more comfortable during breathing and relaxation exercises. It is ideal for this class to be completed one month to six weeks prior to your due date. \nThis class will be held in the Stormont Vail Health Pozez Education Center where couples will be socially distanced. Masks are required. Please enter through the main entrance of Stormont Vail Health. \nNote: Enrollment includes expectant mother and one support person.  This weekend class option will meet two days in a row from 9 am to 12 noon each day to cover all content.
