DESCRIPTION:Our childbirth classes are taught by experienced educators and are designed to help you and your support person feel more prepared for your labor and delivery experience. Learn about the stages of labor\, pain management tools\, breathing and relaxation techniques\, how to involve your support person\, and more! \n\n\n\nOnline childbirth class will be an online meeting with experienced instructors to review information and answer questions. The class will consist of three sessions (April 7th\, 14th\, and 21st) to cover all content. Mothers are welcome to bring their support person\, family or a friend who provides support during their pregnancy and beyond.  Class will consist of a combination of presentation and hands on practice of techniques such as diapering and swaddling.  \n\n\n\nClass is held in the Pozez Education Center Auditorium at Stormont Vail Hospital.

DESCRIPTION:Boys experience puberty also and while usually starting later than girls\, the time in a boy’s life between the ages of 10-13 is filled with many physical and emotional changes. These changes are exciting but are often puzzling\, sometimes embarrassing\, and usually challenging to a young adolescent. Join us for a discussion that will focus on the physiological changes of puberty\, the developmental tasks of early adolescence and ways to improve communication between boys and their parents. This class features a time for boys and their parents to be together but also have time for facilitated discussion separately. \n\n\n\nFee: $25 for each parent/child duo; $12.50 for each additional sibling.
