SUMMARY:Childbirth Preparation (December 3 & 4) In-Person
DESCRIPTION:Our childbirth classes are taught by experienced educators and are designed to help you and your support person feel more prepared for your labor and delivery experience. Learn about the stages of labor\, pain management tools\, breathing and relaxation techniques\, how to involve your support person\, and more! Dress comfortably and feel free to bring a pillow to help you feel more comfortable during breathing and relaxation exercises. It is ideal for this class to be completed one month to six weeks prior to your due date. \n \n\n\n\nThis class will be held in the Stormont Vail Health Pozez Education Center where couples will be socially distanced. Masks are required. Please enter through the main entrance of Stormont Vail Health. \nNote: Enrollment includes expectant mother and one support person.  This weekend class option will meet two days in a row (December 3rd and 4th) from 9 am to 1 pm each day to cover all content. \n\n\n\n\n
