DESCRIPTION:Cotton O’Neil Orthopedics and Sports Medicine are hosting a sports physical day on Saturday\, May 13\, from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m.\, at Cotton O’Neil Kanza Park. The sports physicals given at this clinic will be valid for the 2023/2024 sports season. \n\n\n\nThe event is open to all middle school and high school student athletes. Please enter through the main entrance of Stormont Vail Health. \nNote: Enrollment includes expectant mother and one support person.  This weekend class option will meet two days in a row (May 20th and 21st) from 9 am to 1 pm each day to cover all content. \n\n\n\n  \n\n
