Learn about the stages of labor\, pain management tools\, breathing and relaxation techniques\, how to involve your support person\, and more! Dress comfortably and feel free to bring a pillow to help you feel more comfortable during breathing and relaxation exercises. It is ideal for this class to be completed one month to six weeks prior to your due date. \nThis class will be held in the Stormont Vail Health Pozez Education Center. DESCRIPTION:This doctor-led group is a fun and safe place to hear briefly about an important health topic and enjoy a walk outside with a physician each month. \n\n\n\nJoin Dr. Patrick Raney on Saturday\, July 15\, as we learn about the importance of men’s health. Participants should meet at the east side of Lee Arena at Washburn University. \n\n\n\nThe walk is open to the community.
